Raquetball Re-invented
Raquetball has long been considered the pasttime of corporate lunchbreakers or retired weekend warriors. No more. On Temple's campus, you'd be hard pressed to find an open court as there are always atheletes pushing their stamina to the limits (and risking their eyes) in the process. Step inside the glass and you better be ready to run.
PSU Nittany Lions v Temple Owls
On a rainy Sat. Nov. 11, PSU football faced off against the Temple Owls.
Nittany Lion lineback Paul Puzluzni sacks Owl quarterback Adam DiMichael
The Penn State cheering section gets riled up for the game and shows their support for their fallen heroe, "JoePa"
Nittany Lion running back Tony Hunt carries the ball toward the end zone late in the third quarter of their Nov. 11 game versus the Temple Owls.
"The Mad Dog Blues"
"The Mad Dog Blues" a 1971 play written by Sam Shepherd was adapted and brought to Temple by graduate student Brenna Geffers. The main character is a rock star similar to Jim Morisson and Hendrix, but with the introspection of Dylan. He copes with stardom and identity through the use of acid and other mind-altering drugs.
